Art Session at Sorrento Senior Living

Artful Healing brought creativity and connection to Sorrento Senior Living during a joyful Easter-themed art session led by Celeste Palacio, President and Founder of Artful Healing, along with Sofia Navarro and Kaliee Catelotti, co-leaders of the Artful Healing chapter at Saint Mary’s Hall. Fourteen student members participated, creating a one-to-one experience with the 14 residents who joined us.

Together, we painted cheerful Easter bunnies using colorful paints, glitter, and plenty of imagination. The activity sparked conversation, laughter, and artistic expression, filling the space with warmth and positive energy.

As always, it was more than just art—it was about building relationships across generations, listening to our seniors’ stories, and sharing moments that matter. The one-on-one attention allowed for deeper connection, and the joy was clear on every face in the room.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to bring smiles, creativity, and heart to Sorrento—and we look forward to returning soon!
